What makes your position at SharkNinja unique?
I have the opportunity to gain insights from consumers around the country and globe, as well as identify areas of optimization in the sales process. This is unique because I have the ability to enhance our infomercial direct sales and also contribute towards a 5-star experience for our customers.
What is your personal theme song?
“Return of the Mack” – Mark Morrison because of my old nickname (Mac).However my childhood idol, Alicia Keys, proved we can achieve anything with “Superwoman.”
Tell us three things most people don’t know about you.
  1. I spent my entire childhood in New York as a SOX fan!
  2. Thought my kitten was a girl for a couple months. He’s not.
  3. I can rap.
What is your proudest moment to date at SharkNinja?
My proudest moment, thus far, is my individual growth through SharkNinja’s resources and the support from my team and colleagues. I learn something new every day and try to improve myself week by week. Specifically, I was proud to take on a challenge to analyze historical data and use those insights to depict opportunities for future growth.
What is your favorite SharkNinja product and why?
The Shark® Rocket® with DuoClean™ has been the best vacuum I’ve ever owned! It is extremely efficient/effective but also convenient due to its light weight. I’d say I grab it every few days, but I can also give my entire apartment a deep clean from floor to ceiling when need be. I never thought I’d be able to use a vacuum to get my hardwood floors spotless. The cherry on top is the Shark® Genius™ Steam Pocket® Mop for a shiny finish.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
Spending time with loved ones, music, and exploring new places.
