What makes your position at SharkNinja unique?
Being influential at multiple touch points through the consumer journey makes my position truly unique. I don’t know of another role where someone could be the Director of two departments that impact the business in such different ways. Through both departments, I’m able to watch the product development process from ideation, to consumer validation, to selling the product and ultimately delighting the consumer; this is what excites me about coming to work every day.
What is your personal theme song?
I want to say Eye of the Tiger, but I will admit that anything by Justin Timberlake ends up being played in my car.
Tell us three things most people don’t know about you.
  1. I play competitive(ish) soccer every Wednesday.
  2. I used to live in Australia.

What is your proudest moment to date at SharkNinja?
When I looked back after a year of developing our Consumer Insight team, to see how much we had accomplished and the impact we had on the business.
What is your favorite SharkNinja product and why?
The Shark Cordless Sweeper, now that I have two kids, having this nearby in the kitchen is a real time saver when it comes to cleaning up the mountains of Cheerios they leave behind.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
Being with my family and when possible sneaking away to play golf.
