What makes your position at SharkNinja unique?
The thing that makes my position most unique is the interaction I have with the Executive team and President of the company on a regular basis. Having the trust of my boss and the CFO and being empowered in my role doesn’t happen at other companies. Additionally, the willingness from leadership to give me and my team additional opportunities to work on new and innovative analysis and challenge the status quo within traditional FP&A is also unique to SharkNinja. Every day brings a new challenge and opportunity to dig further into our financial results and drive breakthrough results within the business, in my previous experience the day to day and mundane quickly took over, not at SharkNinja.
What is your personal theme song?

Tell us three things most people don’t know about you.
  1. I once lived in a 525 sq. ft. apartment with 6 cats.
  2. My first year of college I studied Criminal Justice and wanted to be a Parole Officer.
  3. I lived in 6 states in 6 years before landing in Boston.
What is your proudest moment to date at SharkNinja?
My proudest moments at SharkNinja center around generating new analysis and ways of looking at information. Being able to come in and start from a blank piece of paper and quickly developing a new analysis or way of looking at the business is incredibly rewarding. Having the opportunity to manage an awesome team and to see that same level of enthusiasm around creation and analysis and to be a part of that journey in others is also something that I am proud to be a part of.
What is your favorite SharkNinja product and why?
I love my Steam Mop (SK460), my entire apartment is hard floor and I have a messy cat so this mop saves me so much time and hassle on a daily basis!
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
I enjoy to travel and explore the world – recently I visited Italy and Croatia and have plans to go to Iceland this Fall. I also love to cook and try new restaurants.
