What makes your position at SharkNinja unique?
I have the unique opportunity to work with a team of professional chefs to not only develop innovative products, but to bring those products to life through recipes and demos that inspire our consumers to do what they did not think was possible! There is nothing more rewarding than hearing from our consumers how much they love their Ninja products and what their favorite recipes are to make!
What is your personal theme song?
Happy - Pharrell Williams
Tell us three things most people don’t know about you.
  1. I made an appearance on the big screen as an extra in a movie called College Road Trip.
  2. While traveling in New Zealand I hiked a glacier and volcano in the same day.
  3. Prior to joining SharkNinja I published two cookbooks – Paleo in 28 and Spiralize It!
What is your proudest moment to date at SharkNinja?
My proudest moment to date at SharkNinja was finally holding the Nutri Ninja Nutri Bowl DUO cookbook in my hands. This cookbook was a labor of love for my team as we developed every recipe in the book in less than four weeks. I then worked closely with the creative team to photograph every recipe in the book and pull together what is in my opinion the best cookbook we have ever published. I am always filled with pride when this cookbook is shared or mentioned in reviews.
What is your favorite SharkNinja product and why?
I can’t pick just one! I use my Nutri Ninja® Nutri Bowl™ DUO™ (NN100) and Ninja Coffee Bar® System (CF090) everyday! I love that I can use my Ninja Coffee Bar® for my morning cup of coffee and it is also perfect for entertaining when my family is in town or I host brunch. Meanwhile my Nutri Bowl™ DUO™ carries me through the day with smoothie bowls for breakfast and easy, delicious veggie burgers for dinner.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
Outside of work I spend as much time as possible with my fiancé and our dog, Charlie. I also enjoy cooking and chronicling my adventures in the kitchen on my blog - Cave Girl in the City!
